I made a donation but I can't see it in the Donors section?

If you have donated using one of the automatic methods in the platform – bank card, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay or Revolut (and you have reached the Successful Donation page) but your donation has not appeared in the Donors section, it means that you have donated the entire amount to the platform by mistake and not to the cause. The administrator of the platform monitors for such errors and shall manually correct this donation by transferring the full amount to the beneficiary.

If you have donated via IBAN, the donations are recorded automatically as soon as they are received in the Foundation’s accounts. In the “Donors” section, you will be able to find your name and the amount you donated.
