The methods you can use to make a donation on the platform are: by bank card, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, Revolut and donation to an IBAN account.

When you have donated by bank card, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay or Revolut, our system sends you an automatic confirmation email. You may not have received it if your email server has sent us feedback that such an email does not exist (for example, you have made a typo, etc.). In such cases, email us to [email protected]  the name you entered in the donation, the email, the campaign and the approximate time of the donation, so that we can find it and confirm it for you.

If you have donated to an IBAN account on the platform, email us to [email protected] the photo of the payment order showing your name, account, amount and the account of the platform where the transfer was made. You have to write "Confirm received donation" in the subject of your email.

An administrator will send you back a confirmation email as soon as possible.
