753 Donors Helped Pepi Continue His Fight for Every Breath

753 donors raised €16,518.69 - 110% of the fundraising goal.

Pepi cannot breathe independently without oxygen support. Thanks to your quick response, the family can now purchase a portable oxygen concentrator and provide the rehabilitation therapy he needs.

Born Weighing Just 1,040 Grams

Pepi was born prematurely after a difficult pregnancy and an emergency C-section.

He weighed just 1,040 grams.

What followed were six months in hospital, prolonged intubation, heart surgery, and treatment for retinopathy.

During one of the most difficult moments, doctors warned his parents that they did not know whether their child would survive.

But Pepi kept fighting.

After Six Months, Pepi Finally Came Home

Fortunately, the moment his family had been waiting for since his birth finally arrived - Pepi was discharged from the hospital.

Coming home, however, did not mean the end of medical care.

His room became a place of constant care, filled with oxygen cylinders, breathing equipment, a suction machine, medication, and the need for continuous monitoring.

His parents stay by his side around the clock because any interruption in his oxygen supply can be dangerous.

Pepi also needs regular rehabilitation therapy. The months of intubation and limited mobility have affected his development, and every therapy session now helps him grow stronger and take his next small steps forward.

Your Support Gave the Family Greater Security

One of the biggest challenges for Pepi's parents is transporting him to medical appointments and rehabilitation sessions.

A portable oxygen concentrator will allow them to travel with him more safely.

The cost of the necessary medical equipment and ongoing rehabilitation is beyond what the family can afford on their own.

Thanks to you, the funds have now been secured.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this family's fear at least a little easier to bear.

Sometimes help means treatment. Sometimes it means a chance. For Pepi, it means the ability to breathe.
