At PavelAndreev.ORG, there are two completely separate types of funds:
funds for campaigns and funds for the platform.

💰 Campaign funds

Funds raised for campaigns do not belong to the platform.
They are entrusted to our team solely for the purpose of being paid out to campaign organizers, in accordance with the platform’s rules.

The platform is obligated to maintain full readiness and liquidity to pay out 100% of the raised funds, even if all active campaigns request their funds at the same time.

These funds:

• are never used for operational expenses;

• are never used for advertising;

• are never used for development or other purposes.

This is one of the core principles on which trust in the platform is built.

🤝 Platform funds

The funding of PavelAndreev.ORG comes exclusively from voluntary support, which donors may choose to add when making a donation.

Our commitment is:

• to invest these funds in development;

• to maintain a reserve fund that ensures stability;

• to cover expenses during periods of lower activity.

🔒 Sustainability and independence

This model guarantees:

• full transparency;

• financial independence;

• security for campaigns.

Campaigns receive their funds in full, while the platform continues to operate sustainably without affecting any donation.
