How long does it take to pay out the funds and how long does it take to get them in the account?

Provided that you have requested a correct payment and it complies with the rules of the platform, the funds shall be paid out within 72 hours.

Once the funds have been paid out by the platform and you have received an email for payment approval, the funds will be in the account you have transferred them tentatively as follows:

  • transfers to accounts in countries in the European Union - next business day
  • transfers to accounts in countries outside the European Union - up to 7 business days

ATTENTION: The time limits indicated above are tentative and depend entirely on banks. Once the funds have been transferred by the platform and you have received an email for payment approval, the platform CANNOT speed up the process.

ATTENTION: If there is a delay in the transfer, the bank shall notify the platform and we will take immediate measures and inform you in a timely manner via email and/or by phone you registered on the platform. If we have not done so and the transfer has not yet arrived, you are advised to wait. The time limits do not depend on the platform, but on banks.

ATTENTION: If the recipient of the amount claims that they have not received it (and a period of at least 7 business days has elapsed), you are advised to look for the transfer of the amount from the Pavel Andreev Foundation, not from you as a natural person.
