If your campaign has undisbursed funds that will not be used and you want to transfer them, the options are to transfer them to another campaign on the platform or to the Fund for the Treatment of Children Abroad on the platform.
To do so, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your user account from the Login page. If you are registered in your user profile, select the green button from the menu.
2. From your user menu, select Campaigns -> Transfer funds to another campaign or to the Fund.
3. Press the Request transfer button.
4. If you have more than one campaign on the platform, choose from which campaign you want to transfer the funds.
5. Choose whether you want to transfer the funds to a campaign or to the Fund.
6. Enter an amount.
7. Enter a message.
8. Press the Request Transfer button.
An administrator of the platform will check the requested transfer as soon as possible (they can contact you if needed) and approve the request. You will get a notification on your email that the transfer was approved.
