To request payment for your campaign on the platform, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your profile from the Login page. If you are logged in to your user profile, select the green button from the menu.
2. From your profile menu select "Campaigns" -> "Request Payment" or if you are on the "View Campaigns" page select the black button "Manage Campaign" -> "Request Payment"
3A. For non-medical campaigns, enter Recipient Names, IBAN, Amount and Description. In the description, describe in detail all the news about your campaign. The description is visible in the News section of your campaign and donors follow it.
3B. For medical campaigns, choose one of the three payment methods - donation account (available only for campaigns in Bulgaria), proforma or personal account. The rules are given for each of the three payment methods as you have agreed when launching your campaign.
In the Recipient Name box, enter the name of the recipient. If you make a proforma donation, the recipient shall be visible on the proforma. (it may be written as account name, acc name)
On the IBAN box, enter the account where the donation should be made. (in some proformas the account is called account number, acc №, acc num, account name, IBAN)
Amount and currency - enter an amount and select the currency you wish to be transferred. When changing currencies, the platform automatically calculates your balance in that currency. If you do not find the currency you want to make the transfer in, request payment by converting at the current exchange rate for the day you find on the Internet.
Put a tick on the swift box if you want to get it on the email you are registered with.
In the description, describe in detail all the news about your campaign. This is the report to donors - be as detailed as possible.
If your campaign is of medical nature, you should strictly comply with the rules for disbursing funds, which are visible in red. Follow your email - you will receive a notification for the approved payment.
