When you can make a donation for a campaign to an IBAN account of the Foundation, please note that it is individual for the specific campaign. If you made a donation to an account that is written in the campaign of the beneficiary on the platform (not in social media or news site!) and you have forgotten to write the beneficiary’s name, please bear in mind that the donation will be transferred to the respective campaign.

If you have transferred the amount to an account other than the one announced in the campaign for the respective person and you have not written the reason for the payment, the amount will be transferred to the person who is holding the account at that moment.

If you have concerns, you can email the platform team so that they can check it. Send us a photo or screenshot of the payment order (with all details visible) to [email protected]  and we will give you feedback.
