Miroslav Underwent Surgery Thanks to You!
Miroslav is 42 years old and lives with a permanent pacemaker and epilepsy. In 2023, he underwent hip replacement surgery, but complications and infections led to several more major interventions. Despite the efforts of the doctors, the infection persisted, necessitating another surgery in February 2025.
🔹 What Happened?
The doctors removed the current implant and placed a spacer with antibiotic treatment for a year. If all goes well, a final replacement with an endoprosthesis will follow.
🔹And the good news!
Miroslav successfully underwent the first surgery thanks to the team at St. Panteleimon Hospital in Pleven. Recovery follows, and we wish him success!
