На 31.12.23 г на прага на новата година , Никол отново направи гърч, даже няколко , кръвното и беше 240 , не спира да повръща, което наложи да да бъде преместена в интензивно отделение! Три дни докторите не могат да овладеят кръвното и да се преборят с токсичността която тя трупа от химиотерапията!
