Hello!My name is Bogdana Dimitrova and I am the mother of Dolores.

On 04.07.2025 I took my daughter to the doctor after a referral from an orthodontist. The examinations showed something that no parent wants to hear- severe problems with the jaw and temporomandibular joint.

The doctors found:

- Posterior position of the mandible;

- compression of the upper jaw;

- scraped teeth;

- clicking and noise when opening the mouth;

- distorted jaw movement;

- bilateral joint muscle dislocation confirmed by MRI.

This is not just an aesthetic problem- her condition causes pain, makes eating difficult and can lead to permanent deformities.

The treatment recommended by the specialists is urgent and includes complex diagnostic procedures, "splint therapy" and orthodontic treatment with braces.

The resources needed are:

- Procedures and therapy - 4200 BGN;

- Braces and orthodontic treatment- 6500 lv;

- Each examination and consultation will cost us 120lv and it will be done every two weeks , within 6 months.

For our family the amount is unaffordable as I am employed.
