Hello , My name is Irena Metodieva and at 25 years old I started living with the diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension. In the beginning I did not pay attention and importance to the fact that I get short of breath and get tired easily. I attributed it to overwork and 100 other reasons.

Until I fainted at the front door of my condo after climbing several floors.

Even the diagnosis was not easy it came after 2 years . Since then I have been on special therapy and care of very competent doctors . But my disease has no cure . It is progressing and my only way out is a transplant . We are currently negotiating and waiting for approval and offers . But until then I have to get a device which will give me more time to wait for the transplant . My health has deteriorated sharply and that is why I am here before you , asking for help and a chance to live . I know and believe that there are many good people and hearts that will lend a hand .
