The most caring and devoted mother of two daughters and at the same time grandmother of a beautiful grandchild, who is almost two years old.Unfortunately, just when he was born, she was diagnosed with the most insidious and painful disease - CANCER!

Hell on earth for the person who is sick and for their family!

The hard fight began in July 2021. With temporary abdominal pain and discomfort and suspected gallstones,an examination by a gastroenterologist and several subsequent tests revealed the presence of a mass on the duodenum and head of the pancreas.After a biopsy and histological examination it was found that two synchronous malignant tumours were developing.Immediately a decision was made for surgery, the masses were excised, but after resection the lymph node involvement was already detected,which determined the cancer at an advanced stage. This was followed by a 6 month course of chemotherapy in Bulgaria,after which metastases to the liver also appeared. After that, it was decided to change the hospital and start a new therapy (again in Bulgaria)according to the doctors much more innovative and effective.... Meanwhile, during a routine manipulation to change the port-a-cath through which her infusions were made, after a MEDICAL error, her lungs were punctured and a serious complication (pneumothorax) followed!! Good thing, here it was acted on time and after a few weeks the lungs recovered. After the end of the second chemotherapy and the PET scan, it was found that not only was there no improvement, but that the disease was progressing full force....Metastasesin the liver were increasing and new metastases were also appearing in the lungs and peritoneum. After this conclusion the doctors here decide to change the chemo again. However, it is affecting her general condition very badly. In addition, the presence of ascites( fluid) in her abdomen makes her vomit constantly,unable to eat and makes it difficult for her to breathe.
The unsuccessful chemotherapies so far and the overall treatment and absurd situations we are facing here in Bulgaria make us urgently resort to other options for more effective treatment in Turkey. We will give everything we can for our mother,because we have hope,but in a short period of time the amount of money for the treatment is impossible to raise without your help!
Please!!! We wouldn't do it if it wasn't really urgent!
