Преди 2-3 месеца изпратих чрез адвокат молба до Националната здравно-осигурителна каса да реимбурсира правените от мене разходи, свързани с назначеното ми от Националния онкологичен център лечение на аденокарцинома на белия дроб, който имам (лекарството трябва да се пие пожизнено и ми струва около 4 хиляди евро на месец).
Вчера получих писмо от Касата с упрек, че не съм попълнил формулярът за лечение в чужбина???!!!
Какво лечение в чужбина и защо? Първо не съм в състояние да пътувам до друга държава и затова не съм го искал, второ лечението се състои в прием на 2 капсули от лекарството сутрин и две вечер.
Това е все едно да си поръчаш тениска по Интернет, да си я платиш и след 2-3 месеца да ти обяснят, че доставката се бави по твоя вина, защото не си указал точните размери на матрака (който въобще не си поръчвал).
Държавната администрация е пълна трагедия.
И така след като цял живот съм си плащал здравноосигурителните вноски доживях оцеляването ми да зависи от неадекватните служители на Касата!!!

Two or three months ago, I sent a request through a lawyer to the National Health Insurance Fund to reimburse the costs I incurred in connection with the treatment I received from the National Cancer Centre for the adenocarcinoma of the lung I have (the medicine has to be taken for life and costs me about 4 thousand euros per month).
Yesterday I received a letter from the Health Insurance Fund reproaching me for not filling in the form for treatment abroad????!!!
What treatment abroad and why? Firstly I am not able to travel to another country and therefore did not ask for it, secondly the treatment consists of taking 2 capsules of the medication in the morning and two in the evening.
It's like ordering a t-shirt on the internet, paying for it and then 2-3 months later being told that the delivery was delayed due to your fault because you didn't specify the exact dimensions of the mattress (which you didn't order at all).
The state administration is a complete tragedy.
So after a lifetime of paying my health insurance premiums I have come to depend on the inadequate employees of the Health Insurance Fund for my survival!!!
Again I rely on your mercy!
