The most combative person I've ever met is Dejan. Despite a severe diagnosis, he never lost his faith, spirit and hope.

I will tell you about him briefly.

A young boy living on two wheels, with a big heart and loyal friends. But ....

Six years ago they discovered he had a tumor in his head.

First surgery, therapy, second surgery and frequent radiation treatments followed.

Sadly he had to give up his beloved bike, but was determined not to let himself be defeated by the disease.

And so until a month ago, when he was admitted to a hospital in Plovdiv as an emergency.

He was diagnosed with critically low blood sugar levels, but after a scan a carcinoma was discovered on one of his neck vertebrae.

Deyan is now facing a complicated operation to replace the vertebra.

Tests are to be carried out and it is to be decided whether the vertebra will be of his bone or titanium.

Do you know anyone whose spirit and will to live you admire? We see that in Dejan.

We believe there is always hope and that he will rise to this challenge as well.

We believe he has many more smiles and wonderful moments ahead of him.

We believe that Deyan's will and big heart will make it through this too.
