Преминах през много трудни и тежки за мен моменти, много обикаляне по стотици дентални кабинети и проляти сълзи. Родена съм с така наречената цепнатина на горна устна, костен дефект и алвиоларния гребен) като бебенце на 3 месеца имам една операция за възстановяване извършена от Доц. Евстатиев, а 2019 година ме приеха в УМБАЛ Св. Георги в Пловдив за още една операция и присаждане на липсваща кост в областта на аномалията. След възтановяването ортодонт от екипа на професора реши да поставим брекети, защото зъбите ми също са засегнати и един от централните предни резци, беше буквално на обратно. Носих ги около 4 години и когато настъпи момента за свалянето си направих панорамна снимка за да видим състоянието на костта и зъбите. За моя изненада се оказа, че костта от операцията я няма.. на останалите зъби костният обем особенно е намалял, а корените на зъбите ми са се скъсили… от силната тяга на брекетите и движенията на зъбите.
С две думи положението сериозно се е влошило… При здрави пациенти, след ортодонтско лечение е задължително след това да се носят ритейнери, които да подпомогнат укрепването на зъбите, защото те се клатят след свалянето им, а при мен не е възможно да се постави заради дефекта в захапката, който не е решен с ортодонтското лечение, а само подвижен такъв с който има постоянни микро движениея, а това влошава още повече състоянието ми и има опасност да загубя зъбите си… Аз съм без и ортодонтката заключи, че в моят случай могат да се фиксират и задържат единствено с цялостно обличане на зъбите в корони.
Реших да потърся още мнения и обиколих още много кабинети.Всички до момента казват, че лечението ми е било неуспешно и трябва да се предприемат спешно мерки за възстановяване.😢😢😢 Не ми е по силите са събера паричките толкова бързо…

I have been through a lot of hard and difficult times, a lot of going to hundreds of dental offices and shedding tears. I was born with what is called a cleft upper lip, bone defect and alviolar ridge) as a 3 month old baby I had one restoration surgery done by Assoc. Evstatiev, and in 2019 I was admitted to St. I have to go to St. George in Plovdiv for another surgery and grafting of missing bone in the area of the anomaly. After the restoration, the orthodontist from the professor's team decided to put braces because my teeth were also affected and one of the central front incisors, was literally backwards. I wore them for about 4 years and when the time came to take them off I had a panoramic photo taken to see the condition of the bone and teeth. To my surprise, it turned out that the bone from the surgery was gone.. on the remaining teeth, the bone volume had especially decreased and the roots of my teeth had shortened... from the strong traction of the braces and tooth movement.
In short,the situation has seriously deteriorated.. . In healthy patients, after orthodontic treatment, it is mandatory to wear retainers afterwards to help strengthen the teeth, because they wobble after they are removed, and in my case it is not possible to put them in because of the bite defect, which is not solved with orthodontic treatment, but only a removable one with which there are constant micro movements, and this aggravates my condition even more and there is a danger that I will lose my teeth... I am without and the orthodontist concluded that in my case they can only be fixed and retained with a complete dressing of the teeth in crowns.
I decided to seek more opinions and went around to many more offices.All so far say that my treatment has been unsuccessful and urgent measures need to be taken to restore it. 😢😢😢 It is not in my power to raise the money so quickly...
