Здравейте хора. Днеска ми беше първата вливка от лекарството , което ви споменавах (Брентуксимаб ведотин). Хубавото му е ,че не изисква престой в болницата и това доста ме зарадва. Буквално отивам за 2 часа и се прибирам в хотела. Професора каза ,че кръвните ми изследвания са добре и няма нищо притеснително. Лекарството не би трябвало да предизвиква тежки странични ефекти ,тоест гадене, силна умора, опадане на косата и т.н. По-скоро лека умора и изтръпвания и мравучкане на крайниците, тъй като влияе на нервните окончания ,но се намаля дозата или се спира само ако тези симптоми са нетърпими, но не ми се вярва да се стигне до там. Днеска нищо не осетих, дано така и да бъдат и следващите вливки. Та така ще се продължава ,може би, близо 1 година. През 3 седмици ще го получавам, като цяло редовно ще пътувам до Турция.
Иначе се чувствам доста по-добре от преди 2-3 месеца. Предтрансплантационната химия е много тежка и отнема време човек да се възстанови, но при мен вървят нещата добре.
Мисля ,че всичко ще е наред. Желая ви спокойствие и най-вече здраве.🙂
Hello people. Today was my first infusion of the medication , which I mentioned to you (Brentuximab vedotin). The good thing about it is that it does not require a hospital stay and that made me quite happy. I literally go for 2 hours and come back to the hotel. The professor said , my blood tests were fine and nothing to worry about. The medication should not cause any severe side effects , i.e. nausea, severe fatigue, hair fall etc. Rather mild fatigue and numbness and tingling of the limbs as it affects the nerve endings , but only reduce the dose or stop if these symptoms are intolerable , but I don't believe it will get there. I felt nothing today, let's hope so for the next infusions. So it will go on like this for , maybe, nearly 1 year. Every 3 weeks I will get it, generally I will travel to Turkey regularly.
Otherwise I feel much better than 2-3 months ago. Pre-transplant chemo is very hard and takes time for a person to recover, but things are going well for me.
