Здравейте,приятели ! Изминалата седмица беше доста критична и трудна за нас. След като Ирен благополучно се оправи от уринарната инфекция и очаквахме да бъдем изписани,се наложи преливане на тромбоцитна маса заради ниските показатели след химиотерапията. От преливането Ирен получи алергична реакция. Организмът отхвърли тромбоцитите и показателите бяха почти нулеви. Вдигна температура,пулс 206 придружени с ниско кръвно с долна граница 29. След нови изследвания стана ясно,че ще трябва да се борим с нова инфекция. Състоянието и показваше,че се налага да бъде преместена в интензивно отделение. Адекватна реакция на всички лекари и правилно приложените медикаменти не позволиха това да се случи. За огромна радост на всички след 3 тежки дни Ирен се стабилизира и изненада всички с борбения си дух. След преливане на кръв и три пъти на тромбоцити показателите и са още ниски и това налага оставането ни в болницата още няколко дни. За наше щастие седмицата завърши с една чакана,мечтана и добра новина. След направен ЯМР се видя,че тумора и метастазите са намалели и идната седмица състоянието на Ирен ще бъде обсъждано на консилиум. От него ще разберем кога тумора ще може да бъде премахнат. Днес ни информираха,че ще бъде обсъдена и възможността за лъчелечение за по-добър резултат. БЛАГОДАРИМ на всички,че ставате част от борбата за нов живот ! Благодарим за огромната подкрепа ! И едно голямо и искрено БЛАГОДАРЯ на Павел Андреев и хората,които стоят зад тази платформа,защото без тях това нямаше за се случи. Бъдете здрави !🙏🙏🙏Hello friends ! Last week was quite critical and difficult for us. After Irene was safely recovered from the urinary infection and we were expecting to be discharged,we had to have a platelet transfusion due to the low readings after chemotherapy. Irene had an allergic reaction from the transfusion. The body rejected the platelets and the readings were almost zero. She raised her temperature,pulse 206 accompanied by low blood count with a lower limit of 29. After new tests it became clear,that we would have to fight a new infection. Her condition indicated,that she needed to be moved to intensive care. Adequate response of all doctors and properly administered medication prevented this from happening. To everyone's great joy after 3 hard days Irene stabilized and surprised everyone with her fighting spirit. After a blood transfusion and three times of platelets her readings were still low and this necessitated us staying in hospital for a few more days. Fortunately for us the week ended with a long awaited,dreamed and good news. After an MRI it was evident that the tumor and metastasis have diminished and next week Irene's condition will be discussed at a consilium. From this we will know when the tumour can be removed. Today we were informed that the possibility of radiotherapy for a better result will be discussed. THANK YOU all for being part of the fight for a new life ! Thank you for your overwhelming support !
