My name is Nejat Mehmed and I am from Kardzhali.For many years now we have been taking care of stray dogs and cats , every day together with my cousin and friends we feed 20-25 dogs and cats of which 12 of them are in our own cottage , where we even have space to build a small shelter .

As you know everything is already very expensive , vaccines , food .Just one example to give from last week where we paid 1860 BGN for the vaccine for the nervous system , and someone may have even read or seen on the news that Leishmaniasis is common in Kardzhali and there vaccines are much more expensive .

With our help and your help whether it is 1 lev or 5 lev we can realize the project with our shelter although small for which the land is ours and of course for food and vaccines will be allocated funds , let them have a home and let them sit outside the city where they will neither be kicked nor gassed by a car and most importantly not sick and walk around next to our children in the parks , together with your help a day we can feed 30-40 dogs and cats.
