The Olympic Tatami: Supporting Young Judo Talents Nadi and Muti Zhaafar

PavelAndreev.ORG is proving that impact goes beyond medical causes—supporting not only urgent treatment, but also talent, ambition, and long-term development.

Few paths demand as much discipline, consistency, and unwavering focus as professional sports. Years of effort are invested in pursuit of a single goal—the top.
That is exactly the journey of Nadi and Muti Zhaafar, a brother and sister who have dedicated more than a decade to judo and to their shared dream of reaching the Olympic Games.

Two children, one goal—the Olympic tatami

Behind their achievements are years of persistence.

Nadi is already a national competitor with remarkable results—top 5 finishes at World and European Championships, dozens of medals from European Cups, and more than 130 awards from international tournaments across Europe.

Muti is following the same path—six-time national champion, four-time Balkan champion, and holder of over 150 medals, most of them gold. At a young age, he is already winning medals at European Cups and establishing himself as one of the most promising rising talents in judo.

For both of them, this is not a hobby—it is a way of life. Training sessions, camps, and competitions almost every month. And all of it requires resources.

Your support makes their journey possible

Behind them stands their mother, Milena Zhaafar.

For years, she has carried the full financial weight—covering competitions, travel, and recovery. But as the level rises, so do the costs. International tournaments become more frequent, destinations more distant, and preparation more demanding.

That is how their campaign on PavelAndreev.ORG was created—not out of desperation, but out of determination to keep moving forward.

So far:

  • 19 donors have supported the cause
  • €1,276.26 has been raised
  • Every contribution is a step toward the next competition, the next opportunity

Early results are already here

Just days after the campaign launched, a new success followed.

At the European Cup in Ganja, Azerbaijan, Muti won a bronze medal—his second achievement at this level.
This victory is more than a result. It is proof that effort pays off—and that every bit of support turns into real progress.

“Muti has enormous potential. As long as he is healthy, we will keep moving forward,” his mother shares.

Not just medical campaigns

This story matters for another reason.

PavelAndreev.ORG is not only a platform for medical fundraising. It is a space where people can support growth—talent, education, sports, and dreams.

Because sometimes help does not save a life—it gives it direction.

Every medal has a story behind it

Behind every success stands not only the athlete, but a community that believes.

The story of Nadi and Muti is still being written.
But one thing is already clear—when support comes at the right moment, the path to the top no longer feels out of reach.
