First steps with a prosthetic limb, a successful operation, treatment funding secured, a transplant, and a return to school. October brought important updates from numerous campaigns on PavelAndreev.ORG, while support continued to reach people across different countries.

Among the month's most significant stories were Hristo taking his first steps with his prosthetic limb, baby Teo's successful surgery, the funds secured for Deyan's treatment, and an important milestone in Masha's treatment.

In October, PavelAndreev.ORG recorded 234,945 active users from 159 countries. Applications to launch campaigns came from 59 countries. A total of 85 new campaigns were approved, while 294 applications did not pass the verification process. As of November 1, there were 657 active campaigns on the platform.

Bulgaria: From Funds Raised to Real Results

In October, good news continued to arrive even after some campaigns had ended.

Hristo is now taking his first steps with his prosthetic limb, following the support of 1,700 donors.

Tsveti is preparing to return to school after a two-year break. Her treatment continues, but ninth grade is once again part of her plans.

The response to 18-year-old Iliyan's campaign was exceptionally fast - 13 donors raised €8,164.95 in just two hours, securing the amount needed for a life-sustaining breathing device so he could return home.

Good news also arrived for Deyan.

1,583 donors raised €56,005.59, securing the necessary funds for medical examinations and treatment. On October 15, his family also received the long-awaited confirmation of his admission date: November 2.

During the month, several other important campaigns reached their financial goals.

420 donors raised €30,104.44 for Ivan, known as the Stuntman, while baby Teo's first major surgery was successful following the support of 999 people.

Funding was also secured for 180 days of specialized rehabilitation for Gianni.

North Macedonia: Good News in October

Good news also came from North Macedonia in October, where several campaigns reached important milestones.

1,342 donors raised €32,076.75 for Riste. His campaign reached 102% of its financial goal, securing the funds needed for the next stage of treatment.

Serbia: Brankica's Fight Continues

In October, Brankica's treatment continued under difficult circumstances.

Following the good news in September that her tumor had shrunk, more intensive therapies caused a serious deterioration in her blood test results, and Brankica was admitted to hospital twice.

Despite these complications, she continues her treatment, and her campaign remains active.

Romania and Moldova: Treatment Continues

For Nicoleta, October showed that returning to everyday life does not mean the end of medical monitoring.

Her family shared that treatment is not yet complete. The main medical tests will need to be repeated before the next step can be determined.

Twelve-year-old Nikita's fight against leukemia also continues.

On October 6, his family announced that he had been discharged from hospital. However, his treatment continues on an outpatient basis, and support is still needed.

Russian-Speaking Community: An Important Milestone in Masha's Treatment

October brought one of the most important milestones in Masha's treatment.

On October 10, she was admitted to prepare for an autologous bone marrow transplant. Following high-dose chemotherapy, the transplant was performed on October 18.

Hospital care and recovery continue after the procedure. This is an important step, but her treatment is not yet complete.

There were also developments in Egor's case.

In October, his family traveled for further medical examinations, and Egor was admitted for prolonged EEG monitoring and additional diagnostic tests due to a deterioration in his condition. His campaign remains active.

Trust Remains the Foundation

In October, the Newsroom published Pavel Andreev's interview on NOVA NEWS, focusing on campaign verification, donor trust, and the international development of PavelAndreev.ORG.

During the interview, Pavel emphasized that the work does not end when a campaign is published. The team actively helps campaigns reach more people, while funds raised for medical treatment are transferred directly to healthcare institutions.

October Showed the Many Faces of Support

First steps with a prosthetic limb. A return to school. A life-sustaining breathing device secured. A successful operation. Treatment funded. Rehabilitation. A transplant. And families who continue to fight.

These are the stories that give meaning to the numbers behind the platform.

The development of campaigns in North Macedonia, Serbia, Romania, Moldova, and among the Russian-speaking community once again shows that support increasingly crosses borders and languages.

The main goal of PavelAndreev.ORG remains unchanged - to shorten the distance between someone who needs help and someone who is ready to give it.
