Анна е диагностицирана със заболяването Детска Церебрална Парализа (Спастична квадрипареза). Заболяването се характеризира с това, че засяга централната и периферна нервна система. В следствие на това детето трудно контролира движенията на крайниците си.
Ани е вече на 8 години и половина и все още не може да ходи. От три години тя прави активни рехабилитации в Турция . В началото на 2024 година тя започна да посещава нов рехабилитационния център - „ТРЕА КИДС“ , където се видя и значителен напредък. Годишно рехабилирационните курсове и престоят излизат на стойност около 35 000 евро.
През януари 2025 г бяха направени плануваните прегледи при ортопед и невролог. Докторите останаха доволни от общото състояние на Ани, но при прегледа при ортопед се установи, че дясната тазобедрена става е с голям риск от така наречената луксация (изваждане на ставата). Това се дължи на бързото израстване на Ани през последните месеци и специфичната спастика в адукторите. Според него, в най - кратък срок трябва да бъде направена операция, която представлява фиксиране на тазобедрената става и предотвратява изваждането и. Също така, ще постави и в малки количества ботолинов токсин в най -спастичните мускули. Сумата необходима за това е 13 000 евро.
След прегледа при невролога на Ани и беше препоръчано отново да премине през няколко курса екзозомна терапия (иновативен метод за регенериране на клетките), както беше направено и през 2024година. Тази терапия повлия съществено , както за умственото, така и за двигателното и развитие. Сумата за пет курса екзозомна терапия е 15 000 евро.
Сумата необходима за интревенциите и последващите интензивни рехабилитации е на обща стойност около 63 000 евро. Средствата по тези терапии са непосилни за нашето семейство .
В момента Ани е в първи клас и съчетава рехабиилитациите в Турция с ученето.Тя е изключително упорита и искаща да прави всичко сама .Тази година за Коледа ,си пожела да проходи.

Anna has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy (Spastic Quadriparesis). The disease is characterized by affecting the central and peripheral nervous system. As a consequence , the child hasdifficulty controlling the movements of her limbs.
Annie is now 8 and a half years old and still cannot walk. She has been doing activerehabilitation in Turkey for three years. At the beginning of 2024 she started attending a new rehabilitation centre - "TREA KIDS" , where she has also seen significant progress. Yearly rehabilitation courses and stays cost about 35 000 euros.
In January 2025, the planned examinations with an orthopaedic surgeon and a neurologist were carried out. The doctors were satisfied with Annie's general condition, but on examination by an orthopaedic surgeon it was found that the right hip joint was at high risk of what is called luxation (dislocation of the joint). This was due to Annie's rapid growth in recent months and specific spasticity in the adductors. According to him, surgery should be performed as soon as possible, which is fixing the hip joint and preventing it from being pulled out. Also, he will also put small amounts of botulinum toxin in the most spastic muscles. The amount needed for this is EUR 13 000.
After Annie's examination with the neurologist, it was recommended that she again undergo several courses of exosome therapy (an innovative method of cell regeneration), as was done in 2024. This therapy had a significant impact , both for her mental and motor development. The amount for five courses of exosome therapy is EUR 15 000.
The amount needed for the interventions and the subsequent intensive rehabilitation is a total of about 63 000 euros. The costs of these therapies are prohibitive for our family .
Annie is currently in the first grade and combines the rehabilitation in Turkey with her studies.She is extremely stubborn and wants to do everything on her own.
