Днес, от известно време насам, успявам да си взема глътка въздух, и да споделя случващото се с Виктор. Ще използвам момента и да се извиня, че не отговорих на някои от вас, и да БЛАГОДАРЯ за всяка ваша подкрепа - финансова и морална!
Както знаете, в момента Виктор е на ново, още по-агресивно лечение. В края на изминалата седмица приключи поредния курс венозна химиотерапия, като ежедневно продължава приема и на орална. Веднага след курса се наложи вливане на еритроцити, поради спаднали показатели. През следващите дни, състоянието на Виктор се усложни още повече. Започнаха стомашни неразположения и обилни, чести повръщания. Стигна се до там, че не можеше да приема нито храна, нито лекарства. Беше толкова отпаднал, че нямаше сили нито да се изправи на крака, нито да говори. Само лежеше. Наложи се прием в болницата. Преляха се лекарства и хидратация. В момента кръвните му показатели са задоволителни и Виктор се чувства по-добре, доколкото е възможно. Моля се това да продължи, защото съвсем скоро, след още една седмица, е време за следващата химиотерапия. След нея ще се направят образни изследвания, за да се прецени как протича лечението. Лекарският екип е планувал след тази, следващата химиотерапия, да се направят двете, последователни операции на белите дробове. Междувременно са готови молекулярните изследвания. Според резултатите може да се приложи само едно лекарство, което не е приемано до сега. На колене се моля ТО да донесе чудото, от което имаме огромна нужда🙏

Today, after some time away, I'm able to take a breath, and share what's going on with Victor. I will also take this moment to apologize for not responding to some of you, and to THANK YOU for all your support - financial and moral!
As you know, Victor is currently on a new, even more aggressive treatment. At the end of last week, he finished another course of intravenous chemotherapy, and continues to take oral chemotherapy daily. Immediately after the course, he required an erythrocyte infusion due to dropped vitals. In the following days, Victor's condition became even more complicated. Stomach upset and profuse, frequent vomiting began. It got to the point that he could take neither food nor medication. He was so weak that he had neither the strength to stand up nor to speak. He just lay there. He had to be admitted to the hospital. Medicines and hydration were poured over. At the moment his blood counts are satisfactory and Victor is feeling better as best he can. I pray this continues because soon, in another week, it is time for the next chemo. After that, imaging tests will be done to see how the treatment is going. The medical team has planned to do the two, consecutive lung surgeries after this, the next chemotherapy. In the meantime, the molecular tests are ready. According to the results, only one drug that has not been taken before can be administered. On my knees, I pray that IT will bring the miracle we desperately need🙏
