Пиша за да ви помоля отново да отвърнете на зовът ми за помощ.
През последната година на Дани му се наложи да премине през операция, лъчетерапията и химиотерапия. След което имаше лъч надежда, че нещата се развиват добре. Преди 4 месеца, когато направихме изследванията, двата лимфни възела, които наблюдаваха лекарите, се бяха повлияли от лечението. За съжаление миналата седмица се оказа, че единия от тях се е увеличил от 7,5мм на 59мм. Прилагам документи от ЯМР, непреведени (за което се извинявам), но чакаме превод другата седмица.
Лекарите препоръчват операция, която е планирана на 16.09.2025, за която също прилагат проформа фактура. След което се взема материал, който ще бъде изследван в лаборатория в Америка (единствено там се извършва този тест) с надеждата да бъде препоръчано понататъшно лечение. Теста на този вид сърком е генетичен, а именно TEMPUS NGS, които ще струва коло 4 500 долара.
За всичко това ни трябва вашата подкрепа и помощ. Стискайте палци операцията да е успешна и да бъде открита терапия, която да успее да пребори рецидива!

I am writing to ask you again to answer my call for help.
Over the past year Danny has had to go through surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. After which there was a glimmer of hope that things were going well. Four months ago, when we did the tests, the two lymph nodes that the doctors were monitoring had responded to the treatment. Unfortunately last week it turned out that one of them had increased from 7.5mm to 59mm. I am attaching the MRI documents, untranslated (for which I apologise) but we are waiting for translation next week.
The doctors are recommending surgery, which is scheduled for 09/16/2025, for which they are also attaching a proforma invoice. Material is then being taken which will be tested in a lab in America (the only place this test is done) in the hope of recommending further treatment. The test for this type of sarcoma is a genetic one, TEMPUS NGS, which will cost $4,500.
For all of this we need your support and help. Keep your fingers crossed that the surgery will be successful and a therapy will be found that will be able to fight the recurrence!
