През последните две седмици прекарах отново Ковид който да ми напомни, че ме дели един дъх от живота. През 2020 година прекарах за първи път Ковид и след него ми се отключи астма +алергични провокатори. Астма която вече няколко пъти ме поставя в животозастрашаващи ситуации дори и без провокатор. Сатурацията пада между 83 - 85, пулс над 100.Не мога дори да помръдна в момент на пристъп. През останалото време ми коства много усилия, за да стана от леглото и да седна в инвалидната количка. Най - бързо пристъпа ми се овладява с инхалация с Вентолин в небулизатор, но ми е невъзможно да се опитам дори да го достигна, а за инхалацията трябва и да съм седнала. Страха който ме превзема в такива моменти..... Ще успея ли да вдишам още веднъж, ще дочакам ли половинката ми да дохвърчи през работно време половин София, ще дочакам ли линейната..... Не мога да опиша с думи какво е да усещаш, че си в капан в собственото си тяло и си безпомощен, и може да няма следващата глътка въздух.
Заболяването ми на нервите в Гръбначния стълб е прогресивно с времето и симптомите могат само да се увеличават. Възможностите ми за движение са колкото да стана от леглото и да седна в инвалидната количка. Прекарвам 85- 90 % от денонощието в леглото. През деня съм сама вкъщи, половинката ми трябва да ходи да работи да ни издържа и да плаща наема. Не съм далеч от деня в който ще остана изцяло на легло. Имам вече две мнения на неврохирурзи от чужбина - д-р Кейси от Англия и д-р Фейгенбаум от САЩ (наскоро имах консултация с него по скайп и разгледа документите който бях изпратила, но към момента нямам документ с който да докажа консултацията). И двамата са на мнение, че ако не се оперирам скоро ще получа и дисфункция на отделителните системи.
Все още ми дават много висок процент да се възстановя напълно.

I have spent the last two weeks revisiting Kovid to remind me that I am one breath away from life. In 2020 I spent my first Kovid and after it my asthma +allergy provokers kicked in. Asthma which has put me in life threatening situations several times now even without a provoker. BP drops between 83 - 85, pulse over 100.I can't even move at the time of an attack. The rest of the time it costs me a lot of effort to get out of bed and sit in the wheelchair. My seizure is most quickly controlled with Ventolin inhalation in a nebulizer, but I find it impossible to even try to reach it, and I have to be sitting up for the inhalation. The fear that overwhelms me at times like this..... Will I be able to inhale again, will I wait for my half to finish half of Sofia during work hours, will I wait for the liner..... I can't put into words what it feels like to be trapped in your own body and helpless, and may not have the next breath.
My spinal nerve disease is progressive with time and the symptoms can only increase. My movement capabilities are as good as getting out of bed and into a wheelchair. I spend 85-90% of the day in bed. I am home alone during the day, my partner has to go to work to support us and pay the rent. I am not far from the day when I will be completely bedridden. I already have two opinions of neurosurgeons from abroad - Dr Casey from England and Dr Feigenbaum from the US (I recently had a Skype consultation with him and he reviewed the paperwork I had sent, but at the moment I have no document to prove the consultation). They are both of the opinion that if I don't have surgery soon I will also get urinary dysfunction.
They are still giving me a very high percentage of making a full recovery.
Please help me to pass and be able to cope with the attacks of not choking😥
