In our commitment to making the platform an even safer space for everyone, we are introducing new verification procedures for campaign organizers. These measures are part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) & AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy and have one sole purpose - to ensure that your donations reach their intended destination more securely and reliably than ever before!

What does this mean?

Every campaign initiator will undergo an identification process through a trusted and licensed partner that stores and protects data. This allows us to:
✅ Prevent attempts at abuse and fraudulent campaigns;
✅ Respond quickly if a campaign violates the rules;
✅ Cooperate with authorities when necessary.

If irregularities are detected, the respective user's profile will be blocked, and funds will be returned to donors in accordance with our refund policy.
