Здравейте, мили и сърдечни хора!
Аз съм Яница Вълкова, майката на Йовчо Живков Господинов- бебе на 11месеца. Още от самото раждане бебе Йони е с диагноза Q87.8 Други уточнени синдроми на вродени аномалии, некласифицирани другаде и има вроден хиперинсулинизъм.
Лекуван е в УМБАЛ "Свети Георги" гр.Пловдив до 3 месец, в интензивно отделение, а след това в отделение по ендокринология. Лечението беше с инжекции Сандостатин 1мл по 5бр дневно плюс добавка MALTODEXTRIN към млякото.
Неговото заболяване не е вписано в регъстъра на заболяванията в България и затова, НЗОК не покрива лечението.
От месец Юли инжекциите Сандостатин 20мл се прилагат веднъж месечно.
В България не дават надежда за Йони, затова се насочихме към лечение в Турция.
За лечението му ще са необходими средства над 150 000лв, сума непосилна за мен.
Прилагам първата оферта от болницата, като тя е само за диагностиката и първоначалното лечение и скоро очаквам втората оферта за последващите стъпки в лечението.

I am Yanitsa Valkova, the mother of Yovcho Zhivkov Gospodinov - a baby of 11 months. Since birth, baby Yoni has been diagnosed with Q87.8 Other specified syndromes of congenital anomalies not classified elsewhere and has congenital hyperinsulinism.
He was treated at the University Hospital "St. George" in Plovdiv until 3 months, in intensive care, and then in the endocrinology department. The treatment was with Sandostatin injections 1ml 5pcs daily plus MALTODEXTRIN supplement to milk.
His disease is not listed in the disease registry in Bulgaria and therefore, the NHIF does not cover the treatment.
Since July, Sandostatin 20ml injections have been administered once a month.
In Bulgaria they do not give hope for Yoni, so we turned to treatment in Turkey.
For his treatment it will take more than 150 000lv, a sum unaffordable for me.
I am enclosing the first offer from the hospital, it is only for the diagnosis and initial treatment and I am expecting the second offer soon for the subsequent steps in the treatment.
