Нека ви припомним малко информация за кампанията ни за набиране на средства за довършване на последните три олтарни икони в параклиса "Свети Илия" в село Гела, за да може храма да бъде напълно завършен.
Иконописецът Никола Зограф сам е влагал благотворително труда и средствата си, за да изографиса стените и нарисува иконите в продължение на 6 години. Също така сам е инициирал възстановяването на този храм и организирал ремонта му. Но сега не му достигат средства за качествения материал за последните икони. Никола и семейството му поддържат храма "Свети Илия" от много години. Историята разказва, че преди 20 години Никола започнал да рисува красиви стенописи.
Малко история - Храмът датира от 4 век, като е бил оставен в разруха, а през 1991 година е бил почти без покрив. Хората от селото с години влагали личните си средства за да го реставрират и освежат. По настоящем храма е в добро състояние и остава да се довършат само иконите, които виждате на снимките
Към днешна дата сумата е събрана - част от нея чрез платформата, а друга чрез Зографа. Средствата са преведени по сметката на Никола Зограф. Пожелаваме му успех в завършването на страхотното начинание.

Let us remind you of some information about our campaign to raise funds to finish the last three altar icons in the St. Elias Chapel in the village of Gela so that the church can be fully completed.
The icon painter, Nicholas Zograf, has himself charitably put in the work and funds to paint the walls and paint the icons over a period of 6 years. He also initiated the restoration of this temple and organized its renovation himself. But now he lacks the funds for the quality material for the last icons. Nicholas and his family have been maintaining St. Elias Temple for many years. The story goes that 20 years ago Nikola started painting beautiful frescoes.
A bit of history - The church dates back to the 4th century, having been left in ruins, and in 1991 was almost roofless. For years the people of the village put their personal funds into restoring and refreshing it. At present, the church is in good condition and only the icons you see in the photos need to be finished.
To date, the amount has been raised - some of it through the platform and some through the Zograf. The funds have been transferred to Nicholas Zograf's account. We wish him the best of luck in completing this great endeavor.
