Hello, dear donors. My name is Rumyana and I am Ivan's wife. He was diagnosed with a bladder tumor in January 2022. A biopsy was done at Adjibadem Sofia. Later in the year on 17.05.2022 he was operated at Caspela Hospital Plovdiv where his bladder was removed. In July 2022, a course of radiotherapy was done in Plovdiv on the recommendation of the doctors at Kaspela Hospital for our reassurance to make sure that we have dealt with the disease. A follow-up scan in Panagyurishte revealed a new outbreak where the bladder had been, followed by 3 chemotherapy treatments, from which the haemoglobin dropped, chemotherapy was stopped and 1 course of immunotherapy was done on the doctors' recommendation. But Ivan is not feeling well. At the colonoscopy done at the end of March in Plovdiv, colon metastases were found. Our family decided to turn to Anadolu clinic in Turkey. We sent the documents and since 10.05.23 we are on treatment here. The doctors here give us hope that we will fight the disease. So far we have paid 76 000 leva. I took out a loan and with the help of relatives and friends we have managed until here, but today the hospital sent me an invoice for 554.185 Turkish Liras which is urgent to pay. This invoice includes a course of radiotherapy which starts today and is vital. I ask for your support and financial help to save my husband , who is a father of two wonderful daughters and grandfather of a wonderful grandson of 9 months.
