Здравейте, В момента Таня е малко по добре, инфекцията на кръвта спада, но не на цяло все още. Продължаваме с кръвопреливането и антибиотиците, за съжаление ПЕТ скенера показа туморни образувания на мястото където беше оперирана и на двата лимфни възела. За съжаление също образуванието на единия лимфен възел притиска червото и вените и, следствие на което тя не може да се храни и ходи до тоалетн, затова вчера и поставиха сонда през носът и и вливат храна венозно. Единия крак също се подува в следствие на притискането. Тя е супер отчаяна, но аз вярвам че може да се подобри! Тул лекарите правят всичко възможно! След като изчистят инфекцията от кръвта и възстановят кръвните показатели и тези на бъбреците, първото нещо което искат е да сменят стенда на единия бъбрек,защото в България и е поставен такъв само за 6 месеца, и ще започне да се калцира в уретъра ако ме се замени с едногодишен поне! На последващ етап след като тялото и е готово искат да премахнат нвфростомата на другия бъбрек, да отрежат неправилно зашитата част от уретъра и по време на операцията в Българоя, /благодарение на което бъбрека и спира да работи/ , да го зашият за мехура и да започне да финкционира сам и да се отърве от маркучите които излизат от кръста и. Едва след всичко това биха предприели лечение за за самите туморни образувания, навярно операция, защото бъбреците и не биха поели химиотерапия, поме за сега! За съжаления все още се налага да е хоспитализирана, поне докато не овладеят сепсиса изцяло! Благодаря на всички, които Ни помагат, Това е много!❤️ Hi, Tanya is a bit better at the moment, the blood infection is dropping but not overall yet. We are continuing with the blood transfusions and antibiotics, unfortunately the PET scan showed tumour growths where she had surgery on both lymph nodes. Unfortunately also the growth on one lymph node is pressing on her bowel and veins, resulting in her not being able to eat and go to the toilet, so yesterday they put a probe through her nose and infused food intravenously. One leg is also swollen as a result of the squeezing. She is super desperate but I believe it can get better! The Tul doctors are doing everything they can! Once they clear the infection out of the blood and get her blood counts and kidney counts back up, the first thing they want to do is replace the stent on one kidney,because she only had one in Bulgaria for 6 months, and it will start to calcify in her ureter if I get replaced with a one year old at least! At a later stage after her body is ready they want to remove the nvfrostoma of the other kidney, cut the incorrectly stitched part of the ureter and during the operation in Bulgaria, /thanks to which her kidney stops working/ , stitch it to the bladder and start to function on its own and get rid of the hoses that come out of her waist. Only after all that would they take treatment for the tumor growths themselves, probably surgery because her kidneys wouldn't take chemo, for now! Sorry she still has to be hospitalized, at least until they get the sepsis completely under control! Thanks to everyone who is helping her, It means a lot!❤️
