Здравейте, казвам се Галя и съм майка на прекрасния Алекс! Алекс се роди в края на 6-ти месец на 15 юни 2010 година, с тегло едва 850 грама и се наложи да прекара цели два месеца в кувьоз.
Всеки Божи ден се молихме, ходихме дотам и чакахме да ни кажат, че е качил поне 10 грама. Тези два месеца бяха най-дългите в живота ми. Има една фраза, която гласи: "Нито живи, нито умрели", така се чувствахме аз и баща му, който за огромно съжаление вече не е сред нас! След като изписаха Алекс, мислех че проблемите ни са свършили, но не знаех, че тепърва започват.
Растежът му се забавяше спрямо другите деца, но нали е недоносен и докторите в Димитровград ми казваха, че ще ги настигне. На година и два месеца отидохме на детски невролог в град Пловдив, който ни съобщи диагнозата детска церебрална парализа. Диагнозата се потвърди след взето второ мнение в София.
Много време ми отне да свикна с мисълта, че моето дете е по-различно от останалите! Да свикна с погледите по пътя и с отношението на детската площадка, все едно Алекс е заразно болен! Боли, много боли!!!
И така вече 13 години се борим с тази тежка диагноза! Алекс вече има три операции – една в България, а другите в Русия и Сърбия от руски лекари. Много хора ни помогнаха това да се случи, за което съм им безкрайно благодарна. Но въпреки подкрепата, бащата на Алекс не издържа този тежък живот и почина през 2014 година.
Понякога си задавам въпроса: "С какво толкова е заслужил Алекс тези мъки?"! Но аз няма да се откажа от моята простичка мечта – Алекс да проходи! Копнея да видя как детето ми играе навън и се прибира с ожулени колена! Но за да се случи всичко това, Алекс има нужда от средства за всекидневната си рехабилитация и за скъпоструващи аминокиселини. Опитвам се да му осигуря и посещения по плуване и езда. Всички ежедневни разходи за необходимите му терапии са непосилни за нас. Живота ми поднесе втори шанс и в момента Алекс си има втори баща и по малка сестричка.
Hi, my name is Galya and I am a mother of the beautiful Alex! Alex was born at the end of the 6th month on June 15, 2010, weighing only 850 grams and had to spend two whole months in a cube.
Every God's day we prayed, went there and waited to be told that he had gained at least 10 grams. Those two months were the longest of my life. There's a phrase that goes, "Neither dead nor alive," that's how his father and I felt, who is sadly no longer with us! After Alex was discharged, I thought our problems were over, but little did I know they were just beginning.
His growth was stunted compared to the other children, but he is premature and the doctors in Dimitrovgrad told me he would catch up. At a year and two months old we went to a pediatric neurologist in Plovdiv who gave us the diagnosis of cerebral palsy. The diagnosis was confirmed after a second opinion was taken in Sofia.
It took me a long time to get used to the idea that my child was different from the others! Getting used to the looks on the road and the attitude on the playground as if Alex was contagiously ill! It hurts, it hurts a lot!!!
And so for 13 years now we have struggled with this severe diagnosis! Alex has now had three operations - one in Bulgaria and the others in Russia and Serbia by Russian doctors. Many people helped us to make this happen, for which I am eternally grateful. But despite the support, Alex's father couldn't endure this hard life and passed away in 2014.
Sometimes I ask myself, "What did Alex do to deserve this torment?"! But I won't give up my simple dream - Alex to walk! I long to see my child play outside and come home with scraped knees! But for all that to happen, Alex needs funds for his daily rehabilitation and for expensive amino acids. I try to get him swimming and riding lessons as well. All the daily expenses for his necessary therapies are prohibitive for us. Life has handed me a second chance and Alex now has a second father and a baby sister.
