Министерство на културата съгласува проекта за поставяне на скулптурата на Св. Иван Рилски ! 11.08.23г The Ministry of Culture agrees on the project for placing the sculpture of St. 11.08.23g

На 27.06.2023 год. с вх. ПР-51 от Министъра на културата е утвърден протокол № 76 за провеждане на заседание на Специализиран експертен съвет по изобразителни изкуства (СЕСИС) със Заповед № РД 09-428/23.06.2022 год. изменена със Заповед № РД 09-495/11.07.2022 год.  на Министъра на културата. В протокол № 76, Специализиран експертен съвет по изобразителни изкуства (СЕСИС), заедно със Столичен общински съвет,  представител и проектант от Национален археологически институт с музей на БАН е разгледано спазването на всички изисквания поставени към екипа на Фондация „Св. Иван Рилски роден в Скрино” и тяхното изпълнение.

След като бе  установено, че всички параметри зададени от Министерство на културата са спазени, се проведе гласуване за одобрението и съгласуването на проекта за поставянето на скулптура на светеца Иван Рилски в с. Скрино.  От участващите девет експерти, гласували са  девет ЗА и нито един против, проектът бе успешно съгласуван.

На 27.07.2023 год. Министерство на културата издаде документ с изх. № 33-00-730/27.07.2023 год.  с който официално съгласува Проекта за поставяне на скулптурата на Св. Иван Рилски, тротоарното пространство заключено между ул. С О. Т. 13-14 и ул. С О. Т. 14-36 по регулационния план на с. Скрино.

Екипът на Фондация „Св. Иван Рилски роден в скрино” очакваше настоящото съгласуване вече повече от пет месеца. Настоящото съгласуване извършено и одобрено от Министерство на културата беше поискано с Заявление с Вх. № 33-00-730/08.02.2023 год. и в крайна сметка беше получено.

За настоящото съгласуване на проекта за поставяне на скулптурата на Св. Иван Рилски в с. Скрино беше назначен Специализиран експертен съвет по изобразителни изкуства (СЕСИС) със заповед от Министъра на културата.

След проведено на 12.05.2023 год. заседание на Специализиран експертен съвет по изобразителни изкуства (СЕСИС) и взетото от тях решение изцяло в полза на Фондация „Св. Иван Рилски роден в Скрино”, Министърът на културата Кръстьо Кръстев съгласува проекта за поставяне на скулптурата на светеца.

Тази победа е малка крачка напред за Фондация „Св. Иван Рилски роден в Скрино”  и голяма стъпка за опазване културните ценности в европейска Република България.

On 27.06.2023. with ex. PR-51 by the Minister of Culture was approved Protocol No. 76 for the holding of a meeting of the Specialized Expert Council on Fine Arts (CEFCA) by Order No. RD 09-428/23.06.2022 as amended by Order No. RD 09-495/11.07.2022 of the Minister of Culture. In Protocol No. 76, the Specialized Expert Council on Fine Arts (CECIF), together with the Capital City Council, a representative and a designer from the National Archaeological Institute with Museum of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, considered the compliance with all the requirements placed on the team of the St. Ivan Rilski born in Skrino" and their implementation.

After it was established that all the parameters set by the Ministry of Culture were met, a vote was held for the approval and coordination of the project for the placement of a sculpture of St. Ivan of Rila in the village of Srinsko. Of the nine experts present, nine voted FOR and none against, the project was successfully agreed.

On 27.07.2023. The Ministry of Culture issued a document No. 33-00-730/27.07.2023, officially approving the Project for the placement of the sculpture of St. Ivan of Rila. Ivan Rilski, the sidewalk space locked between ul. S O. Т. 13-14 and ul. S O. Т. 14-36 on the zoning plan of the village of. Skrino.

The team of St. Ivan Rilski born in Skrino" has been waiting for this coordination for more than five months. The present coordination carried out and approved by the Ministry of Culture was requested by Application No. 33-00-730/08.02.2023 and was finally received.

For the present coordination of the project for placing the sculpture of St. Ivan Rilski in the village of. Skrino, a Specialized Expert Council for Fine Arts (CEFCA) was appointed by order of the Minister of Culture.

After the meeting of the Specialized Council of Experts in Fine Arts (CECFA) held on 12.05.2023 and the decision taken by them entirely in favor of the St. Ivan Rilski born in Skrino", the Minister of Culture Krastyo Krastev coordinated the project for the placement of the sculpture of the saint.

This victory is a small step forward for the St. Ivan Rilski born in Skrino" and a big step for the preservation of cultural values in the European Republic of Bulgaria.
