Здравейте, мили хора, Матей постъпи на 14.07.2024г. в болница Пирогов за поставяне на сонда за 24 часова pH метрия, за да се види дали детето има повишена киселинност на хранопровода. Успоредно с това се направи и гастроскопия, като под обща анестезия се въведе флексибилен гастроскоп. Изследванията на Матей показват, че има нискостепенен гастроезофагеален киселинен рефлукс. При огледа на хранопровода и стомаха не се установяват клинично значими промени по съответната лигавица. Към момента се преустановява антирефлуксната терапия с нексиум и хранопровода е добре. Занапред детето подлежи на системни контролни прегледи и при липса на симптоми има 2 гастроскопии до 18г. възраст. Относно двигателното развитие на Матей, продължаваме с рехабилитациите всеки ден. Водим го в СБРДЦП "Света София" в гр. София на кинезитерапия по Войта, лечение със средночестотни токове, също така на ерготерапия, вестибуларно стимулиране и подпомагане на орално хранене-орофациална терапия. Матей има напредък. Все по-често разтваря дясната си ръчичка, но все още я държи в юмрук. Пълзи, но все още не може да лази. Сяда сам, но гръбчето му е ощ меко и нестабилно и не може да седи под прав ъгъл. Засега може само да е полулегнал. До 2-ри август рехабилитациите са платени. От 05.08.24г. започва нов курс на лечение (10дни) по каса, но тя покрива само две процедури. Налага се доплащене на останалите две процедури-лечение със средночестотни токове и подпомагане на орално хранене-хранителна терапия. Общо сумата, която трябва да се доплати до края на другата седмица, най-късно до 02.08.2024г. е на стойност 520 лв., която е непосилна за нашето семейство. Hello, dear people, Mathew was admitted on 14.07.2024 to Pirogov hospital for a 24 hour pH meter probe to see if the child has increased acidity of the esophagus. A gastroscopy was performed at the same time, and a flexible gastroscope was inserted under general anesthesia. Matthew's tests showed that he had low-grade gastroesophageal acid reflux. Examination of the oesophagus and stomach revealed no clinically significant changes to the relevant mucosa. Antireflux therapy with Nexium is currently discontinued and the esophagus is fine. Going forward, the child undergoes systematic follow-up examinations and in the absence of symptoms, has 2 gastroscopies until the age of 18. Regarding Matthew's motor development, we continue with daily rehabilitation. We are taking him to the SBRDCP "St. Sofia" in the town of St. Sofia. Matthew has made progress. Increasingly he is opening his right hand but still holding it in a fist. He is crawling but still cannot crawl. He sits up on his own, but his back is still soft and unstable and he cannot sit at right angles. For now he can only be semi-recumbent. Rehabs are paid until August 2. From 05.08.24 a new course of treatment (10 days) starts on cash basis, but it only covers two treatments. There is a co-payment for the other two treatments-medium frequency current treatment and oral feeding-nutritional therapy support. The total amount that has to be paid by the end of next week, by 02.08.2024 at the latest, is 520 BGN, which is unaffordable for our family.
