Представете си да държите в ръцете си своето бебе и вместо първите му усмивки и безгрижни игри да чуете тежки диагнози и тревожни прогнози. Това е реалността за семейството на малката Гедже , от село Ясенково.
Тя е само на 10 месеца, а вече преминава през страдания, които дори възрастен трудно би понесъл.
Още от раждането си, с тегло едва 1500 г., Гедже води тежка битка. В епикризата ѝ стоят ужасяващи диагнози:Вродена хидроцефалия – опасно събиране на течност в мозъка;
Вроден сърдечен порок – непълен AV септален дефект (ВСМ) – дефект в сърдечната преграда, който е животозастрашаващ;
Атрезия на хоаните – вродена аномалия, която затруднява дишането.
❗ Лекарите отбелязват още тежка анемия, чести повръщания, инфекции и затруднения при хранене. Те са категорични – единственият шанс е спешно лечение в чужбина.

Imagine holding your baby in your arms and instead of his first smiles and carefree games you hear severe diagnoses and alarming prognoses. This is the reality for the family of little Gedje , from the village of Yasenkovo.
She is only 10 months old and already going through suffering that even an adult would find hard to bear.
Ever since she was born, weighing just 1500, Gedje has been fighting an uphill battle. On her epicrisis are horrifying diagnoses:Congenital hydrocephalus - a dangerous collection of fluid in the brain;
Congenital heart defect - incomplete AV septal defect (VSD) - a defect in the heart septum that is life-threatening;
Choanal atresia - a congenital abnormality that makes breathing difficult.
❗ Doctors also note severe anemia, frequent vomiting, infections, and difficulty eating. They are adamant - the only chance is emergency treatment abroad.
