🚨 What happens if there is abuse or suspicion?

At PavelAndreev.ORG, there are two main types of campaigns — medical and non-medical — and for both, clear mechanisms are in place to prevent abuse and respond to any suspicion.

🏥 Medical campaigns

For medical campaigns, strict payout rules are clearly defined, ensuring that abuse cannot occur.

Funds collected for medical campaigns are used solely and exclusively according to the established rules — for the specific treatment, to the specified medical institution, and through approved procedures.
This process-based model eliminates the possibility of fraud.

🧩 Non-medical campaigns

For non-medical campaigns, the platform operates solely as a software service, with funds raised from the initiator’s own audience.

For this reason, internal technological solutions and monitoring processes are in place to detect irregularities, including donations made with stolen bank cards.

In such cases:

• all funds are refunded to the donors;

• the campaign initiator’s access to the platform is restricted;

• the campaign is closed.

🧾 KYC process and cooperation with authorities

For both medical and non-medical campaigns, all initiators go through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

This allows the platform to identify the person behind each campaign via official identification and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities at any time, if required.

🔍 Response to reports

Any received report is reviewed immediately by the team.
If necessary, additional documents and evidence are requested from the organizer.

In cases of confirmed violations, the campaign may be temporarily frozen or permanently terminated, and the collected funds returned to donors.

⚖️ Zero tolerance for abuse

PavelAndreev.ORG operates under a zero-tolerance policy toward irregularities.

This approach protects:

• donors;

• the reputation of the platform;

• all good-faith organizers who rely on trust and transparency.
