💚 Good news: Kostadin has defeated cancer

With great joy, we share with you that a few days ago, Kostadin passed his first check-up - he is clean, the cancer is gone! 💚

But his battle is not over yet. Kostadin faces a long, difficult, and expensive rehabilitation process to be able to walk again. Complications, coma, and prolonged hospitalization have worsened his condition, and now he is confined to a wheelchair.He also needs another surgery to remove the rib affected by the tumor.

📌 How did it all start?
Kostadin is 20 years old - a smart, smiling, hardworking, and persistent young man. But in November 2023, his life turned upside down in just a few days.   It all started with slight numbness in his legs, which he attributed to fatigue. Three days later, he became paralyzed. Doctors performed an MRI and discovered a growth in the vertebrae. An emergency 8-hour surgery followed to prevent complete paralysis.Subsequent tests revealed the terrible diagnosis - Ewing's Sarcoma, an aggressive and rare cancer. The doctors in Bulgaria referred him to Turkey, where treatment began immediately - chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and physiotherapy.
