I was wondering how to start.. how to ask for your help.

Let me briefly tell you about my mother Ergül Cherkezova, 58 years old.

A person full of a lot of positivity, always lending a hand without a second thought. A mother who has always struggled in this life with one goal to raise and educate her children in the best way. In spite of the hard life and all the hardships to fulfill her motherly duty to us. The time has come in which she has deservedly retired to enjoy life and her grandchildren, but so far so good.

Sadly Mum was admitted as an emergency to Pleven with acute abdominal pain. Emergency surgery was performed on 01.02.2022 . I couldn't wait for her to come out of intensive care, I wanted to hear how she was. Once I was able to contact the surgeons I heard the most horrific words "your mother is gravely ill" . They had found a tumor of great size in her rectum, spreading to her colon, ovary, bladder and lung. From there we started treatment in Pleven, countless consultations with various oncologists and surgeons from all over the country.

The treatment that was carried out in Bulgaria unfortunately did not work. Her pains intensified and we had to urgently find another way of treatment. So we turned to a clinic in Turkey.

The doctors there give us hope, but further tests and examinations will be needed to schedule the most adequate treatment. At the moment we will have to do 5 chemotherapy treatments in Istanbul followed by five scanner and then they will decide what drugs to continue with.

I ask you very much to give us a hand at this difficult time. Through tears I write these lines and pray for a drop of hope . To bring a smile back to mom, to bring hope back to her soul to fight this insidious disease. We have witnessed miracles , help us make ours come true .
