My name is Stoyan, I am 34 years old and I am a father of a wonderful son.
My story started 3 years ago, summer of 2019,when I suddenly raised my blood pressure above 200.I went around to hospitals for different opinions. After 2 days I was given the severe diagnosis-acutekidney failure and started hemodialysis. At first 4 times 4 hours a week to remove fluids that I had retained in me. That's not the worst of it,over time the hemodialysis began to damage other organs. In my case it was the abdomen that suffered- appendicitis with bowel entrapment.
Almost 2 years the torment with hemodialysis continued until luck smiled on me and I got a chance for a second life. They called and scheduled me for a transplant date,which was successful. Everything was going normally until they found a bacteria that has been plaguing me that they have been unable to cure to date. A year and three months after the transplant, it was realized that my body wanted to reject the kidney. This means I have to go back to that hell called hemodialysis again. Eventually, if I am lucky enough to get another transplant, it will be too risky and most likely impossible. I have sought help at a clinic in Turkey,where they are offering treatment to preserve my kidney and destroy this bacteria. The doctors in Turkey advised me to start as soon as possible because the danger to the kidney and to me is huge. At the moment any delay is risky.The treatment is unaffordable for me and my family, so I would be grateful to anyone who can help. The amount for the treatment is 54 000 leva.
