По това време на годината, всички сме в очакване на своето чудо! Коледа е дом, семейство, споделеност!
За Виктор, обаче, борбата продължава, без значение дали е празник! За него всеки ден е борба! Далеч от дома, от семейството, от всичко познато и обичано! Всеки ден е пълен с неизвестност, но и с надежда за едно по-добро УТРЕ! Години борба, която не е спирала нито ден!

Вчера Виктор прекара отново целия ден в болницата. Кръвните показатели са в норма. Преди няколко дни се направи ЯМР и томограф на белите дробове. Резултатите от тях са без промяна. Донякъде добре, но не чак толкова. Очакванията са други! Беше назначен и преглед при дерматолог, който поиска да се направи изследване с дерматоскоп, за да се прецени нивото на риск от рак по кожата. Резултатите от картографирането на бенките по тялото на Виктор не са много добри. Няколко от тях (бенките), изискват хистопатологично изследване - биопсия. Това ще се направи във вторник, 26.12. Проведе се разговор с лекуващия онколог, проф. Фунда. Тя назначи и PET скенер. Той ще е в сряда, 27.12. След резултатите от новоназначените изследвания, лекуващия екип ще се събере отново на консилиум. Заедно ще решат кога и дали да включат лъчетерапия. Спомена се и нова операция за белите дробове. Но за решението как ще продължи лечението трябва да се "въоръжим" с търпение. И с много молитви! За Виктор!

А той...е съкрушен! Отново!
Иска ми се да ви кажа, че се усмихва, въпреки всичко. Но не мога! Това е прекалено непосилен товар за него! Всеки път е в очакване на добри резултати, но заболяването не се вълнува от това! Колко може да издържи едно дете, борейки се вече ТРИ ГОДИНИ за ЖИВОТА СИ?!
А от всичко дотук е ясно, че лечението продължава! С още и още, нови препятствия😞
Надявахме се за празниците да се приберем у дома си, поне за малко. Да се види с баща си, да сме заедно, като всяко семейство. Но уви, последните шест месеца не сме имали тази възможност!

This time of year, we are all waiting for our miracle! Christmas is home, family, sharing!
For Victor, however, the struggle continues, no matter if it is a holiday! For him, every day is a struggle! Away from home, away from family, away from everything known and loved! Every day is full of unknown, but also full of hope for a better TOMORROW! Years of struggle that hasn't stopped a day!

Yesterday Victor spent the whole day in the hospital again. His blood counts were normal. He had an MRI and CT scan of his lungs a few days ago. The results of these were unchanged. Somewhat fine, but not that good. Expectations are different! An appointment was also made with a dermatologist who requested a dermatoscopy to assess the level of skin cancer risk. The results of mapping the moles on Victor's body were not very good. Several of them (moles) required histopathological examination - biopsy. This will be done on Tuesday, 12/26. A discussion took place with the treating oncologist, prof. Funda. She also appointed a PET scanner. It will be on Wednesday, 27.12. After the results of the newly appointed tests, the treating team will reconvene for a consilium. Together they will decide when and if to include radiotherapy. A new lung surgery was also mentioned. But for the decision on how the treatment will proceed we have to "arm" ourselves with patience. And with lots of prayers! For Victor!

And he...is heartbroken! Again!
I wish I could tell you he's smiling, despite everything. But I can't! It's too overwhelming for him! He's expecting good results every time, but the disease isn't thrilled about it! How much can a child endure, fighting for his LIFE for THREE YEARS now!
And from everything so far, it is clear that the treatment continues! With more and more, new obstacles😞
We were hoping to go home for the holidays, at least for a little while. To see her dad, to be together, like any family. But alas, we haven't had that opportunity the last six months!
