Ние сме семейство Любомир и Яна Нейчеви от гр.Пловдив. Преди пет години на 27.11.2019г. нашият син Георги Любомиров Нейчев,който беше на 17 години, катастрофира возейки се в автомобила на негов приятел. Колата се завърта на мокър път и се удря в циментов стълб.
Водачът е с леки наранявания,а Георги изпада в кома,вследствие на черепно-мозъчна травма.Два месеца е между живота и смъртта в КАИЛ „Св. Георги“ Пловдив. Поставени са трахеостома,гастростома и катетър.Направена е операция на бедрената кост и на ляв крак и сложен пирон. След вторият месец преминава в будна кома и е преместен в отделение по неврохирургия.Там е поставена клапа/шънт/ за вътрешна хидроцефалия.Изписан след месец без подобрение.По време на ковид е посещаван вкъщи от хирург и рехабилитатор.След около три месеца започна да проявява признаци на осъзнатост,проговори,разпозна близките ни и някои свои вещи.Постепенно бяха отсранени трахеостомата,гастростомата и катетърът.Паметта се възвърна напълно.Ежедневно е правена рехабилитация и не е допусната нито една декубитална рана.
Въпреки ежедневните рехабилитации се наблюдават сериозни ограничения в таза и десен лакет. Правени са многократни консултации с Пирогов в Клиника по неврохирургия, с ВМИ в Клиника по ортопедия, с някои немски клиники .Но едва след изследванията и консултациите в Турция ,направени в болница Аджъбадем от проф. д-р Джихан Аксой и екип се стига до заключението,че след извършването на пет последователни ортопедични операции и подходяща терапия за период от 6 месеца Георги ще е стъпил на краката си и ще направи първите си крачки.
Георги иска да бъде самостоятелен и се бори затова всеки ден. Той е само на 23 г.Ние вярваме,че той ще се справи и го подкрепяме .
Сумата,която се изисква е 330 хиляди евро,която е непосилна за нашето семейство. Георги се нуждае от вашата помощ.

We are family Lyubomir and Yana Neychev from Plovdiv. Five years ago on 27.11.2019 our son Georgi Lyubomirov Neychev, who was 17 years old, crashed while riding in the car of a friend. The car turned on a wet road and hit a cement pillar.
The driver suffered minor injuries and Georgi fell into a coma due to a craniocerebral trauma. The patient was born in St. George's Hospital in Plovdiv. A tracheostomy, gastrostomy and catheter were placed.Surgery was performed on the femur and left leg and a nail was placed. After the second month he went into an awake coma and was transferred to the neurosurgery ward.There a valve/ shunt/ was placed for internal hydrocephalus.He was discharged after a month without improvement.During the course of the seizure he was visited at home by a surgeon and a rehabilitator.After about three months he started to show signs of awareness,spoke,recognized our relatives and some of his belongings.Gradually tracheostomy,gastrostomy and catheter were removed.Memory was fully regained.Rehabilitation was done daily and no decubital wound was allowed.
Despite daily rehabs there were severe limitations in pelvis and right elbow. Repeated consultations have been made with Pirogov in the Clinic of Neurosurgery, with VMI in the Clinic of Orthopedics, with some German clinics .But only after the examinations and consultations in Turkey, made in Agyabadem Hospital by Prof. Dr. Jihan Aksoy and team, it was concluded that after performing five consecutive orthopedic surgeries and appropriate therapy for a period of 6 months George will be on his feet and will take his first steps.
George wants to be independent and fights for this every day. He is only 23 years old.We believe he will make it and we support him.
The amount required is 330 thousand euros which is unaffordable for our family. George needs your help.
