Until a month and a half ago, Filko was a working man who lived in Varna and worked as an installer of aluminum windows.

After several accidents and fainting spells at work he was fired and had to leave the apartment. He went into hospital and they found a tumour with disseminations , which had reached the brain.

As he had been working without a contract for the past years , the doctors refused treatment until he paid his health insurance . He was in hospital 2 times for 4 days , which was good for him and he came out of there in good condition.

My request is to help him pay his health insurance so the doctors can prescribe adequate treatment . He is currently placed in a social home for the homeless in the Pobeda district of Varna .

He has no income , his condition is getting worse and there is no help from anywhere , he has a brother who refuses to help with anything . There is still a chance to help and extend a human life . His last words when we saw each other were .I have no money , no home , no treatment and I am constantly sicker better to throw myself off the terrace .

The home said , they can't look after sick people and they are right .

He has been getting more and more inadequate for a week now , this had happened about a month ago , but after 4 days in hospital he improved and regained his memory and speech . It is extremely imperative that he goes into hospital , so I ask you from the bottom of my heart , help pay his health insurance and prolong the life of a lonely , desperate and sick man .
