Hello! My name is Darina Nakova, 22 years old, from Plovdiv. I am a 3rd year pharmacy student. My mother has a mental disorder and there is no one to help me in this situation I am in.

It is about my father Yavor Nakov, who went on a trip to Tunisia on 26.05.

Two days in a row we heard each other on the phone and everything was fine, but on the evening of 28.05 I received a call that he was in hospital for
treatment for a sudden onset coma that occurred in his hotel room after a fall and a blow to the occipital area.
The most likely hypothesis is a sudden and massive hemorrhagic stroke that led to his fall.

He had a head scan, which showed multiple hemorrhages, lesions, and cerebral edema. He subsequently had to be intubated and we found out a few days ago that he was brain dead.
He is currently being supported with equipment and his condition is critical.

We have contacted the insurers for help with transporting him to Bulgaria but they are not paying much attention to the problem.

They gave us the option that we would take over the transportation, which is worth 25 000 euros. However, this amount is unaffordable for our family.
My request is, if you are able, to help us with raising the funds to bring him back home!
