С Матей продължаваме рехабилитациите всеки ден. Лечението включва комплексна физиотерапия и рехабилитация: кинезитерапия по Войта, Бобат, ерготерапия-вестибуларно стимулиране, лечение със средночестотни токове и логопед. Детето има подобрение, вече прави опити да лази.
Неврокинезиологичен статус: При оглед в тилен лег –Центрира позицията. Фиксира и следи в двете посоки. Предпочита лява ръчичка, завърта се до лицев лег. В лицев лег-заема дланна опора, пръсти в дясно флексирани. Задържа пасивен четриопорен стоеж, заема стоеж на колене. Липсва вертикализация д.о седеж, поставен пасивно в позицията я задържа, инициира равновесни реакции, персистираща кифоза в тораколумбален отдел, възможно асиметрично пълзене.
Умения за хранене-Детето приема основно преходна храна, като уменията за дъвкане още не са развити. Не участва самостоятелно в хранителния процес чрез поставяне на храна с ръка в устата.Препоръчително е логопедична терапия и мултисензорна стимулация за подобряване на моторните умения на орофациалната мускулатура, развитие на експресивна и рец.ептивна реч.
Благодарение на вас мили дарители лечението до края на тази седмица е платено. Другата седмица-4 дни сме на платено лечение и отново се нуждаем от вашата подкрепа, мили приятели. Лечението отново включва кинезитерапия по Войта, лечение със средночестотни токове, логопед и ерготерапия. Сумата за рехабилитациите за другата седмица за 4-те процедури е на стойност 644.00лв.,които трябва да се платят най-късно до 30.08.2024г.
След това следващите две седмици на месец септември от 09.09.2024 до 20.09.2024г. , част от процедурите са по субсидия от Столична община.
Но се налага доплащане за логопед, подпомагане на орално хранене-хранителна терапия на стойност 330.00 лв. и аналитична лечебна физкултура-Кинезитерапия по Бобат на стойност 560.00 лв. Обща стойност на лечението е 890.00лв., които трябва да се платят до края на следващата работна седмица 05.09.2024г. Сумата е непосилна за нашето семейство.
