Здравейте Дарители! Споделям информация за състоянието на Вели и за всичко, което се наложи да преживее през последните месеци.
Месец Декември Вели отпътува в Германия Медицински университет Тюбинген за трета операция, тъй като туморът се върна при нея с пълна сила, специалистите там казаха, че операцията е минала успешно и образуванието е изчистено напълно. В деня преди да отлети обратно за България правят рутинен преглед и казват, че има хематом от операцията, който ще се разсее. Идвайки си в България се оказва, че не е хематом, а е отново тумор и така преди 2 седмици Вели претърпя поредната операция за премахване и на втория бъбрек, далак и част от диафрагмата.
В момента Вели е на хемодиализа, която трябва да продължи 12 или 18 месеца, за да се стигне до трансплантация. Хемодиализата се извършва в София, а семейството на Вели живеят в гр. Костенец и пътуват почти всеки ден, за терапията.
Hello Donors! I'm sharing information about Veli's condition and all that she has had to go through in the last few months.
The month of December Veli traveled to the Medical University of Tübingen in Germany for a third surgery, since the tumor came back to her full force, the specialists there said that the surgery was successful and the growth was completely cleared. The day before she flew back to Bulgaria they did a routine check-up and said there was a hematoma from the surgery which would dissipate. Coming back to Bulgaria it turns out it is not a haematoma, it is a tumour again and so 2 weeks ago Veli had another operation to remove her second kidney, spleen and part of her diaphragm.
Veli is currently on haemodialysis which should last 12 or 18 months to get to transplant. Hemodialysis is done in Sofia, and Veli's family live in the town. They live in Kostenets and travel almost every day for the therapy.
