Бях весела,обичах всичко,до деня ,в който не получих първата си атака.
В България не се говори много за хората с проблем с нервите,наричат ги луди. Еми не сме,болни сме,само че околните не го виждат.
Многократно съм правила консултации с психиатри, психотерапевти,приемала съм всичко,което са ми изписвали. Стабилизирам се за няколко месеца и после почва адът. Борила съм се и продължавам.
Диагнозата ми е тревожно депресивно разстройство с агорафобия. Което означава,че всяко излизане от вкъщи ми причинява нервна криза. В резултат на обездвижване и напрежение 2020г развих диабет. До сега се справях,но за да лекувам диабета,който е с много високи показатели,трябва да отида в болница,а аз не мога да изляза.
В България няма частна психиатрична клиника,никой не те лекува,дават ти хапчета и се оправяй. Да,но аз не се оправям. Излизам за минути,ставам неспокойна, ако трябва да вляза в магазин,сграда или има много хора,започва виене на свят, нестабилност,вдигане на много висок пулс и кръвно. Много искам да имам живот без страх и напрежение-да живея истински,а не само да съществувам.
Свързах се с няколко клиники в Германия,всички казват минимум месец престой и минимум 10000 евро. Аз работя от вкъщи,но не мога да си позволя тази сума. За да мога да лекувам диабета си ,първо трябва да излекувам душата си.

In Bulgaria they don't talk much about people with nerve problem,they call them crazy. Well we are not,we are sick,only that others don't see it.
I've had many consultations with psychiatrists, psychotherapists,I've taken everything they've prescribed. I stabilize for a few months and then all hell breaks loose. I have fought and I continue.
My diagnosis is anxiety depressive disorder with agoraphobia. Which means every time I leave the house causes a nervous breakdown. I developed diabetes in 2020 as a result of immobilisation and stress. Until now I was coping,but to treat the diabetes,which is very high indicators,I have to go to hospital,and I can not go out.
There is no private psychiatric clinic in Bulgaria,no one treats you,they give you pills and you get better. Yeah,but I don't get better. I go out for minutes,I get restless,if I have to go into a shop,building or there are a lot of people,I get dizzy,unstable,very high pulse and blood pressure. I really want to have a life without fear and tension-to truly live,not just exist.
I have contacted several clinics in Germany,all say minimum one month stay and minimum 10000 euro. I work from home,but can't afford that amount. To be able to cure my diabetes,first I have to cure my soul.
