Здравейте приятели! Както знаете от предходната ни публикация, на 29.05.2023г. , Гоги беше приет в болница "Токуда" София. Целта на посещението ни беше , да се направи изследване на трахеята му ( бронхоскопия ) и ако всичко е наред, то да се затвори дупката в гърлото му. На 30.05.2023г. , беше направено въпросното изследване, то показа, че трахеята на нашият герой е разширена на 100 %, няма стенози и се развива нормално ( имаше вероятност, да остане в едно положение и да не расте заедно с израстването на Гоги ). До тук добре, оказа се обаче,че все още ( според докторите ), нашият юнак не може да преглъща храна, както трябва. По време на престоя си в болничното заведение във Варна, беше започната работа с логопед и нашият юнак преглъщаше определено количество храна, останалото му се даваше през сондата. Вчера 30.05.2023г. , по време на хранене, Гоги е върнал малко количество храна от погълнато, през отвора на трахеостомата. Според мнението на докторите, такова връщане през това място, не трябва да има. Тяхното мнение, е че гълтача на нашият юнак, все още не работи както трябва и работата с логопеда трябва да продължи докато се стигне до момент, когато връщане на храна през трахеостомата, няма да има. Беше ни казано,че той може да диша сам, ако се затвори дупката, няма да има проблем с това, но опасността от задаване и попадане на храна в белия дроб е голяма. Трябва да продължим тренировките със захранването и след определно време, когато гълтача работи нормално, да се върнем и да бъде направена интервенцията за затваряне на трахеостомата. Утре, 01.06.2023г., точно на денят на детето, нашият герой ще пътува отново към вкъщи. Приложена ще видите фрактурата за специализиран превоз с линейка. Битката продължава! Искрено ваши, семейство Диамандиеви! Hello friends! As you know from our previous post, on 29.05.2023 Gogi was admitted to Tokuda Hospital Sofia. The purpose of our visit was to examine his trachea ( bronchoscopy ) and if everything is ok, to close the hole in his throat. On 30.05.2023 , the said examination was done, it showed that our hero's trachea was 100% dilated, there were no stenoses and it was developing normally ( there was a possibility that it would stay in one position and not grow with Gogi's growth ). So far so good, however, it turned out that still ( according to the doctors ), our hero cannot swallow food as he should. During his stay at the hospital in Varna, a speech therapist was started and our youngster swallowed a certain amount of food, the rest was given to him through the tube. Yesterday 30.05.2023 , during a meal, Gogi returned a small amount of food from swallowed, through the opening of the tracheostomy. According to the opinion of the doctors, such a return through this place, should not occur. It is their opinion that our boy's swallowing tube is still not working properly and that work with the speech therapist should continue until a point is reached where there is no return of food through the tracheostomy. We have been told that he can breathe on his own if the hole is closed, there will be no problem with that, but the danger of food choking and getting into the lung is great. We need to continue with the feeding drills and after a certain time when the swallow is working normally, go back and the tracheostomy closure intervention is done. Tomorrow, 01.06.2023, exactly on the day of the child, our hero will travel home again. Enclosed you will see the fracture for specialized transport by ambulance.
