Губя бъбрека, който така дълго чаках. Моля ви за помощ.
Здравейте, аз съм Мирослава и съм на 24 години. За съжаление се чуствам на много повече предвид всичко, което преживях последната година.
Ноември миналата година разбрах, че съм бременна. Със съпруга ми бяхме толкова щастливи от тази новина, че не стъпвахме на земята от щастие. В началото всичко беше наред, но в третия месец от бременността загубих бебето. Лекарите не ми дадоха обяснения...казаха..."случва се". Не направиха допълнителни изследвания и не препоръчаха нищо...
Месец след загубата на бебето, изведнъж вдигнах кръвно 220 и по спешност ме приеха в болница с риск за живота. Там ми направиха изследвания и се разбра, че креатинина ми е 884 и по спешност ме включиха на диализа. Оказа се, че явно това е причината и за загубата на бременността, само че никой не ме беше изследвал преди това.
Казаха ми, че единствения шанс да водя нормален начин на живот е трансплантация. Имах тежка анемия от диализата, която трудно се овладяваше. Не бях никак добре.
В семейството ми веднага започнахме да търсим подходящ донор и да си правим изследвания. Баща ми се изследва, но за съжаление го отказаха като донор, заради проблеми в сърцето. Беше прекалено рисково за него. В семейството ми всички си направиха изследвания, но кръвните групи не съвпадаха.
За щастие леля ми се оказа моята кръвна група и веднага започнахме детайлните изследвания. След множество такива я одобриха и най-накрая трансплантацията беше осъществена.
В началото всичко беше наред, операцията беше успешна, бъбрека веднага започна да функционира. Креатинина падаше. На първия контролен преглед след изписването, кръвните резултати показаха, че креатинина се е повишил рязко. Веднага се наложи спешна хоспитализация за диагностика. Лекарите направиха биопсия на бъбрека и се оказа, че имунната ми система иска да изхвърли новоприсадения бъбрек. Веднага ме включиха на системи, които са с много скъпи лекарства.
До момента семейството ми се справяше със собствени средства и с помощ от роднини и приятели. Но сумата, която ни е необходима за лечението в момента е непосилна за нас.
Лечението ще струва приблизително 40 000 евро, а ние вече дължим на болницата огромна сума, защото лечението не търпеше отлагане и ме приеха по спешност. Слава Богу вече лекарството помага, креатинина отново започна да пада. Но ние няма да се справим без вашата помощ.

November last year I found out I was pregnant. My husband and I were so happy with this news that we were not stepping on the ground with happiness. At first everything was fine, but in the third month of pregnancy I lost the baby. The doctors gave me no explanation...they said... "it happens". They didn't do any further tests or recommend anything...
A month after losing the baby, I suddenly had a blood pressure of 220 and was admitted to the hospital on an emergency basis with life threatening condition. There they did tests and found out that my creatinine was 884 and I was put on dialysis on an emergency basis. It turned out that apparently this was the cause of the pregnancy loss as well, only no one had tested me before.
I was told that the only chance I had of leading a normal life was a transplant. I had severe anaemia from the dialysis which was difficult to manage. I was not well at all.
My family immediately started looking for a suitable donor and doing research. My father was tested but unfortunately he was turned down as a donor because of heart problems. It was too risky for him. Everyone in my family got tested, but the blood types didn't match.
Luckily my aunt turned out to be my blood type and we started the detailed research right away. After multiple ones, she was approved and the transplant was finally done.
In the beginning everything was fine, the operation was successful, the kidney started functioning immediately. Creatinine was dropping. At the first check-up after discharge, the blood results showed that the creatinine had risen sharply. Immediate emergency hospitalization was required for diagnosis. The doctors biopsied the kidney and it turned out that my immune system wanted to throw out the newly transplanted kidney. I was immediately put on systems that have very expensive medications.
Up until now my family had been managing with our own money and help from relatives and friends. But the amount we need for the treatment is now unaffordable for us.
The treatment will cost approximately EUR 40 000, and we already owe the hospital a huge amount because the treatment could not be delayed and I was admitted on an emergency basis. Thank God the medicine is helping now, the creatinine has started to drop again. But we will not manage without your help.
