Здравейте добри хора,
казвам се Кирил и съм на 60 години от град Айтос. Преди по - малко от две седмици след преглед ми съобщиха, че най-вероятно имам рак на устната кухина. Взеха ми биопсия и резултатът потвърди първоначалната диагноза. Веднага направих консултация в София с онколог и ми бе съобщено без никакви други изследвания, че е най-добре да се прибера вкъщи, за да бъда сред близките си и да чакам да умра, като според тях ми остават до 3 месеца живот. Трудно ми бе да го приема и да се съглася с всичко това, защото аз съм работоспособен човек, храня се, нямам никакви оплаквания. Причината да отида на лекар бе дискомфорт в устната кухина без никакви други оплаквания. Баща съм на три деца и дядо на шес прекрасни внука. Те веднага се заеха и днес, докато пиша тази новина вече се намирам в болница Медикана в Турция. От Понеделник 27.02.2023 година съм тук и за тези дни ми бе направен пет скенер, ЯМР с контрасно вещество, тестове за имунотерапия, кръвни изследвания и изпратихме в САЩ биологичен материал за генетичен тест, който обхваща над 600 генни мутации.
След резултатите от всички изследвания ми бе назначена имунотерапия, вливки с високи дози витамин C, а утре ми предстои нова биопсия, за установяване на точният тумор. Поради наличие на метастази в белият дроб и резултатите от изследванията , проф. Демирай, при когото се лекувам има съмнения, че може би ракът е започнат от белият дроб. След излизане на резултатите от биопсията до края на седмица това ще стане ясно и на база тях ще ми бъде назначен и вида на имунотерапията, която започвам от следващата седмица. След излизане от 2 до 4 седмици и на резултатите от генетичният тест ще стане ясно дали ще има промени в лечението ми.
Днес ви моля да ми помогнете. Смятам, че имам още отредени дни, в които мога да се радвам на децата и внуците си, както и да бъда полезен за тях. Живее ми се. Имам да се грижа още за свой родител, да помагам на жена си, на децата си, да се радвам на внуци и да живея. Да посрещам утрото, да изпращам залеза. Да бъда тук. До близките си.
За момента за лечението ми, децата ми платиха близо 10000 евро със собствени средства, но за съжаление лечението е много скъпо. Надявам се скоро да имам и оферта от болницата, но ми казаха, че със сигурност ще бъде над 50000 евро.

my name is Kirill and I am 60 years old from the town of Aytos. Less than two weeks ago after an examination I was told that I probably have oral cancer. They took a biopsy and the result confirmed the initial diagnosis. I immediately had a consultation with an oncologist in Sofia and was told without any further tests that it was best to go home to be with my loved ones and wait to die, as according to them I had up to 3 months to live. It was hard for me to accept it and go along with it all because I am a working person, I eat well, I have no complaints. The reason I went to the doctor was oral discomfort with no other complaints. I am a father of three and grandfather of six wonderful grandchildren. They immediately got busy and today as I write this news I am already in Medicana Hospital in Turkey. I have been here since Monday 27.02.2023 and in these days I have had five scans, an MRI with a contrast agent, immunotherapy tests, blood tests and we have sent biological material to the USA for genetic testing covering over 600 gene mutations.
After the results of all the tests, I was given immunotherapy, high dose vitamin C infusions, and tomorrow I will have another biopsy to determine the exact tumor. Due to the presence of metastases in the lung and the results of the tests , prof. Demirai, with whom I am being treated has suspicions that the cancer may have started in the lung. Once the biopsy results come out by the end of the week, this will be clear and based on them I will be assigned the type of immunotherapy I am starting next week. After 2 to 4 weeks out and the genetic test results, it will be clear if there will be any changes to my treatment.
Today I am asking you to help me. I feel I have more allotted days in which I can enjoy my children and grandchildren, and be of service to them. I want to live. I still have a parent to care for, a wife to help, children to care for, grandchildren to enjoy, and a life to live. To greet the morning, to send off the sunset. To be here. To my loved ones.
