Здравейте приятели!

Не съм писала скоро, тъй като ми се случиха непредвидени неща и бях на ръба да се откажа.

След продължително кървене и увредени общо състояние и кръвни показатели, се наложи да правя абразио- оперативна манипулация за отстраняване на полипи(в моя случай). При взетия материал и направени проби, хистологията показа карцином(по думи на патолога в Перник). Казаха, че трябва да направя хистеректомия. Тази диагноза е пълна предпоставка и противопоказание за трансплантация. В такива случаи се взима второ мнение.Аз взех 4 мнения, за да съм напълно сигурна и спокойна.

Споделих и с клиниката в Беларус и със здравния ми координатор. Казаха, че ще изчакат окончателното хистологично мнение и резултати, за да продължим.

Тръгнах да разрешавам ситуацията. Занесох взетия материал и проби в Трансхеликс(доказали се при онкологични заболявания). След около 20 дни опити се установи, че пробите са некачествени и трябва да се вземе нов материал, което значи, че отново трябваше оперативна намеса и упойки.

Насочена бях към клиника Д-р Щерев.След направен преглед, консултации и изследвания постъпих на легло. За щастие мина успешно. Хистологията показа, че в Перник са сгрешили, беше потвърдено и от още едно мнение. Преди два дни бях на контролен преглед и взеха материал за още едно изследване, за да съм напълно спокойна. Отнесоха се професионално с оглед на предстоящата трансплантация.

Вече съм изпратила епикриза и хистологията в Беларус. Зарадваха се и казаха, че всичко е наред и продължаваме напред. За жалост цялото това препускане, освен напрежение, отчаяние и сълзи, ми струваше и не малък финансов разход(към 1500лв.).

Вярвам, че ще срещна разбиране, тъй като всичко това е пряко свързано с основното лечение - предстоящата бъбречна трансплантация.

Благодаря на Бог, че и този път ме преведе успешно! И продължавам борбата!

I haven't posted soon as unforeseen things happened and I was on the verge of giving up.

After prolonged bleeding and impaired general condition and blood counts, I had to do abrasio surgical manipulation to remove polyps(in my case). When the material was taken and samples taken, the histology showed carcinoma(according to the pathologist in Pernik). They said I should have a hysterectomy. This diagnosis is a complete prerequisite and contraindication for transplantation. In such cases a second opinion is taken.I took 4 opinions to be completely sure and calm.

I also shared with the clinic in Belarus and my health coordinator. They said they would wait for the final histology opinion and results to proceed.

I left to resolve the situation. I took the collected material and samples to Transhelix(proven in cancer). After about 20 days of trying, it was found that the samples were poor quality and new material had to be taken, which meant surgery and anaesthetics again.

I was referred to Dr Shterev's clinic.After an examination, consultations and tests I was admitted to bed. Fortunately it went well. Histology showed that they were wrong in Pernik, it was confirmed by another opinion. Two days ago I had a follow-up examination and they took material for one more examination, so I was completely reassured. They treated me professionally in view of the upcoming transplant.

I have now sent the epicrisis and histology to Belarus. They were happy and said everything is fine and we are moving forward. Unfortunately, all this ride, besides tension, despair and tears, cost me a not small financial expense (about 1500lv).

I believe that I will meet with understanding, as all this is directly related to the main treatment - the upcoming kidney transplant.

I thank God that He has brought me through successfully this time too! And I continue the fight!
