Здравейте приятели, пише ви майката на най - силното момче на света. Както вече знаете от предходния пост, състоянието на Гоги за известен период от време се беше подобрило. Лекарите ни подготвяха за изписване и да сме при семейството си за Коледа. Изведоха ни от интензивното отделение в нормална болнична стая. Пренощувахме и на следващия ден следобяд Гоги започна да прави гърчове. Вечерта дойдоха лекари от интензивното и прецениха, че състоянието му е влошено и ни върнаха отново в детската педиатрия. Тъй като детето ни за период от 10 дни не правеше гърчове, лекарите постепенно намаляха лекарствата. Но изглежда организма на Гоги реагира на това понижение и оказа влияние. От 11.12.2022 вечерта до момента сме в интензивното отделение. Лекарите се стараят да приложат точно лечение чрез добавяне на медикаменти и въвеждане на кето диета. Напоследък гърчовете зачестяват, нашето слънце се бори с всички сили да оздравее, но в момента е много изтощен от силните лекарства. Докторите чакат резултатите от генетичните изследвания, за да установят каква е причината за гърчовете. Според тях лечението ще е много продължително, тъй като предполагат, че епилепсията е генетична и Георги привиква бързо към лекарствата. Всички останали изследвания са в норма. Тъй като не се знае колко дни ще продължи нашият престой в болницата, ще имаме голяма нужда от Вас, мили хора, за да продължим битката с упоритите пристъпи. As you already know from the previous post, Gogi's condition had improved for a period of time. The doctors were preparing us to be discharged and be with family for Christmas. They moved us out of the ICU and into a normal hospital room. We spent the night and the next day in the afternoon Gogie started having seizures. In the evening, the ICU doctors came in and assessed that his condition had deteriorated and we were sent back to pediatrics. Since our child did not have seizures for a period of 10 days, the doctors gradually reduced the medication. But Gogi's body seemed to respond to this decrease and had an effect. We have been in the ICU since the evening of 11/12/2022. Doctors are trying to apply treatment accurately by adding medication and introducing keto diet. Lately the seizures have been increasing, our sunshine is fighting with all his might to get better but is now very exhausted from the strong medication. The doctors are waiting for the results of genetic testing to determine what is causing the seizures. They say the treatment will be very long as they suggest the epilepsy is genetic and George is getting used to the drugs quickly. All other tests are normal. Since we don't know how many days our stay in the hospital will last, we will need you dear people very much to continue the battle against the persistent seizures.
